Ms Low Peck Kem is the Chief HR Officer and Advisor (Workforce Development) for the Public Service Division, Prime Minister’s Office of Singapore. She is currently the elected President of the Asia Pacific Federation of Human Resource Management (APFHRM) and served two terms as President of the Singapore Human Resources Institute (SHRI). Peck Kem began her career as an engineer, then switched to HR taking senior regional positions in multinational companies before transitioning to Public Service. Peck Kem was the first in Asia to be named CIPD Chartered Companion and was listed as a top HR influencer in Asia. Most recently, she was named one of Apolitical's Top 35 Government Talent Trailblazers.
