Mr Francis Ung is the Projects and WSH Director in Zheng Keng Engineering & Construction Pte Ltd, a home-grown company with humble beginnings as a plumbing and sanitary works contractor. In the past 40 years, he has co-steered and expanded the company into building and construction, growing the company into a main contractor with a proven track record of many institutional, residential and commercial buildings in Singapore.

A firm believer in workplace safety, Francis champions the safety initiatives in the company such as adopting new technologies to enhance WSH. Through his expertise and leadership, he continually seeks innovative solutions to transform and grow the company’s operations and performance.
