  1. General
    1. All successful registrants are entitled to the following:
      • Full access to The Singapore WSH Conference 2024
      • Access to OS+H Asia Exhibition (upon registration with the exhibition organiser)
    2. These terms and conditions apply to all delegates registering for the Conference.
  1. Registration
    1. Registration Fee:
      • The registration fee includes access to all Conference sessions, materials, and meals as specified on the Conference website.
    2. Payment:
      • Payment must be made via the provided online payment options.
      • Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
  1. Cancellation and Refund Policy
    1. Cancellation by Registrant:

      • Cancellations received on or before 28 August 2024 will be refunded the amount paid, less administrative and platform fees (4%).
      • No refunds will be given for cancellations received on or after 29 August 2024.
      • The organiser is not responsible for any other costs incurred by participants (e.g., travel, accommodation).
    2. Cancellation by Organiser:
      • In the unlikely event of a cancellation, registrants will receive a full refund of the registration fee(s).
  1. Substitution Policy

  1. Privacy and Data Protection
    1. Personal data provided during the registration process will be used for Conference administration purposes and may be shared with third-party service providers involved in the organisation of the Conference.
    2. By registering, delegates consent to the collection and use of their personal data in accordance with Tripartite Alliance Limited's Privacy Policy.
  1. Code of Conduct
    1. All registrants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards other delegates, speakers and staff. Harassment and disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
    2. The organiser reserves the right to remove any delegate from the Conference without any refund or reimbursement, if they violate the Code of Conduct.
  1. Limitation of Liability
    1. The organiser will not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to any person or property, howsoever caused, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
  1. Governing Law
    1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
  1. Amendments
    1. The organiser reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Conference website and will take effect immediately.
